A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Full payment must be made before issuing tickets, visas, or hotel vouchers.
Prices are subject to change depending on airline, hotel, or transport provider policies.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or letter).
Refunds depend on airline, hotel, and partner cancellation policies.
Visa fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted.
Service charges are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
You are responsible for providing accurate personal details and valid documents (passport, photos, etc.).
We are not liable for delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
It is your responsibility to check entry requirements and health regulations before travel.
We act as an intermediary between clients and airlines, hotels, and transport providers.
We are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, loss of luggage, or any issues caused by third-party providers.
We will, however, provide support and assistance where possible.
We reserve the right to make adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances (flight changes, hotel availability, etc.).
If changes are necessary, we will inform you and offer suitable alternatives.
